The Mill, San Francisco

I sent a message to the North Coast Grain Growers list requesting that any farmers, millers, and bakers let me visit them on the Grain Tour.  The first response came from Josey Baker of The Mill.

Explorers of whole grain, enthusiasts for ancient grain.  Josey's looking to use einkorn, spelt, and smatterings of oats in the future future future.
Austrian Horizontal Stone Mill
This mill grinds approximately 50 lbs an hour, 300 lbs of flour in a day.  They make their flour in a single pass.
