Grains on the brain no matter where I go. I can't help but look at prices and packaging of bread, grains, flour, and everything made from seeds. Here I am in the land of red fife and wholesome people and grains. The Wychwood Barns Farmers' Market had a vendor who transforms red fife from a farmer into pastas, breads, and other baked goods.
